📐We are a small studio of designers, architects, and software engineers who spent years watching beautiful rug concepts arrive at the mill as vague sketches — and come back wrong. FloorRug Craftor exists because the gap between "design intent" and "cutting instructions" shouldn't cost anyone a reorder.
🧭Our mission is simple: give every interior designer and architect the same precision a structural engineer takes for granted. Room geometry, pile behaviour, and material specification should be calculated, not eyeballed — and the resulting documentation should need no interpretation on the factory floor.

FloorRug Craftor is built as a professional, on-device design utility. It does not collect, store, or transmit any personal, project, or client data to us or to any third party. Every room measurement, rug design, material specification, and generated technical pass is created and kept entirely on your device, under your control. This policy explains that design in plain terms.
We collect nothing. FloorRug Craftor does not request account registration, does not read your contacts or photo library beyond files you explicitly import, and does not track your identity, location, or device in any form. Room dimensions, client names, and rug specifications you enter stay inside the app.
Because nothing is collected, nothing is used, analysed, profiled, or sold. We do not build usage statistics from your projects, and we do not monetise design data in any way, direct or indirect.
All project files, room geometries, pile and material specifications, and generated technical passes are stored locally on your device's storage. Nothing is synchronised to a server, backed up to our infrastructure, or held in any cloud database we operate.
FloorRug Craftor does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising networks, or behavioural trackers. Generated technical passes are not automatically transmitted to manufacturers or any external party — export and delivery remain entirely your decision, through channels you choose.
Because your design data never leaves your device, it is not exposed to network interception, remote breach, or server-side compromise. Security of local files follows the protections already provided by your device's operating system.
FloorRug Craftor is a professional tool intended for interior designers and architects and is not directed at children. As we collect no data from any user, regardless of age, no personal information is ever gathered from children who might encounter the app.
There are no accounts to manage and no remote records to request deletion of, because none exist. You retain full control of your projects at all times; uninstalling the app removes all locally stored design data from your device.
If our practices ever change, we will revise this policy and update the effective date above. Since the app's core principle is local-only operation, any future change affecting data handling would be communicated clearly within the app itself.
